5 – License for Use of Content
By the mere fact of connecting to the Site, the user accepts from Corte di Valle a licence to use the Site content strictly limited to the following binding conditions.
This licence is granted on a non-exclusive and non-transferable basis. The right of use granted to the user is personal and private: consequently, any reproduction of the Site content on any medium for collective or professional use, even internally within a company, is prohibited. The same applies to any communication of such content by electronic means, including on a company intranet or extranet.
The right of use only includes authorisation to consult the Site and its content. The Site is hosted by o2switch within the territory of the European Union, in compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) and Italian Legislative Decree no. 196/2003 (Privacy Code) as amended by Legislative Decree no. 101/2018.
The aim is to provide a service that ensures the highest level of accessibility. The host ensures continuity of service 24 hours a day, every day of the year. However, it reserves the right to interrupt the hosting service for the shortest possible time, in particular for maintenance purposes, to improve its infrastructures, in the event of infrastructure failure or if the services generate traffic deemed abnormal.
Corte di Valle shall not be held liable in the event of malfunction of the Internet network, telephone lines or computer equipment, in particular due to network congestion preventing access to the server.

The contact for such data collection is Mr Pierre Mariani, in his capacity as Chairman of the Board of Directors.

D-EDGE is appointed as Data Processor under Article 28 of the GDPR.
