The vineyards of Corte di Valle
The vineyards of Corte di Valle surround the historic villa and unfold across the hills of Chianti Classico, near Greve in Chianti.
Planted predominantly with Sangiovese, alongside smaller parcels of Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon, they include both historic vines and more recent plantings.
This diversity allows each vintage to be approached with precision, giving rise to Chianti Classico and other wines closely connected to the character of the estate.
Sangiovese
Sangiovese lies at the heart of Corte di Valle’s production, expressing itself differently according to the vineyard and the character of each vintage.
Vinified on its own or as part of blends, it reveals the diversity and identity of the estate’s wines.
Merlot and Cabernet Sauvignon are used with restraint, bringing structure and complexity to the Toscana IGT wines produced outside the Chianti Classico appellation.
The Cellar
The cellar is where the work carried out in the vineyard continues and evolves.
Each vinification follows a careful and measured approach, based on minimal intervention.
Aging takes place mainly in steel, while wood is used only for wines that require greater structure and depth. The duration varies according to the character of each vintage and the balance sought in the wine.

alongside more structured wines produced from international varieties.
Alongside these, Rosato — also produced in a sparkling version — together with Bianco Toscano and Vin Santo, completes the range.
Each wine is shaped by its relationship with the place, without pursuing a predefined style.
